updating my GPU

am looking to get a new nvidia gtx 650 will it work with my current hardware.i humbly thanks in advance for your comments.please guide me

my mobo is intel dg45id
cpu is E7400 core 2 duo 2.80ghz
ram 2gb.
PCI 2.0 x16 slot

Well.. for about 120 dollars, this card provides awesome performance and also has 2GB VRAM. Definitely get this. Also this would not be a boottleneck with your specs.
