updating system stuck on %99 win 7

i am reinstalling win 7 and on the last disk (laungueg)
their is updating system bar it stays on %99

as I stated on my post I am reinstalling win 7 the last disk .......language.....on updating system stays non %99

I ran a seatools and came up with a bad sector

And did seatools say the drive was bad?
