Question Updating the BIOS - - - - What did I do ?

So after 9 HOURS I finally finished my new PC today (with a new hatred for AIOs). The specs are:

B650 Aorus Elite AX
7800x3D
32gb DDR5
3080ti

Once the build was finished I nervously booted up and everything looked good! So I installed windows 11 and decided I had better update the BIOS next. Did my research of how to flash Gigabyte bios, have a 16gb usb formatted to FATS32. Unzipped the bios file onto the empty flash drive. Restarted the PC, went into bios, plugged in the usb, opened q-flash, clicked on the flash drive picture as per the instructions aaaand...I dont know what. Heres what I saw: View: https://imgur.com/a/WTYxJD6

From all the videos i've seen it clearly recognizes the drives people have. Whereas mine has absolutely no clue what is going on. I'm calling it a night because my eyes are burning and I've basically been in stress mode all day long but I'm really hoping one of you guys can tell me whats going on here and potentially how to fix it. Hopefully nothing too bad.

Anyways, thanks for the help. Its incredibly appreciated!

You have Q Flash plus, you can flash bios with only PSU attached if you wanted to.

I can't find anything for your board but page 6 here shows instructions for mine, which are likely very similar - https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_x570-features.pdf - they haven't updated it since then.

The issue isnt that I dont know how. I watched a video which lined up with the Gigabyte instructions for my board and wound up at the screenshot. It should recognize my drives. Its not
