[SOLVED] Updating Windows 7 Security Stuff HELP!

Good day.

I've been trying to update my Windows 7's Security systems to prevent my Antivirus from dying out due to Windows 7 not being supported anymore. I cannot upgrade to Windows 10 as my PC's specs can't take the OS.

The Antivirus site recommended that I upgrade my PC's security stuff with both KB4474419 and KB4490628 (Taken from the site itself) but when I try to install these updates, I get this error:

I really, really need help in updating my Windows 7 PC and to get my Antivirus running again.

does a windows update works for you? like if u check for updates what deoes it says? if u get service not running error then win update service should be fixed first
if u get no such error on normal win update, then some of your drivers are not up to date

Probably - windows update service has been disabled.
Enable it first and then retry installing hotfixes.
