Hello, with my new pc build, i have just enough money in my budget to either:
upgrade my intended ryzen 7 3700x pick to the ryzen 7 3800x
or to upgrade my intended pick of rtx 2070 to the rtx 2070 super

Solution
There is negligible difference between a 3700x and 3800x but there is a difference between the 2070 and 2070S. If your going to spend more putting into the gpu will actually improve performance by an amount you can notice.

Im running a 3700x and 2080S @ 1440p and the 3700x is more than enough, the 2080S is the limiting factor.

so the final design will either be a ryzen 7 3700x with the rtx 2070 super, or the ryzen 7 3800x with rtx 2070
but with saving like the 30-40 dollars with going with the 3800x over the rtx 2070 super, I will also be able to go from the 1 TB data SSD> 1TB NVMe SSD,
so final is
ryzen 7 3700x, rtx 2070 super, 1 TB sata ssd
or
ryzen 7 3800x, rtx 2070, 1 TB NVMe ssd

so the final design will either be a ryzen 7 3700x with the rtx 2070 super, or the ryzen 7 3800x with rtx 2070

ryzen 7 3700x with the rtx 2070 super will be better idea to get because the 3800X is an good cpu but there not much of an diffrence between them both so ether way your going to be getting an good cpu. The only diffrence is the core speed 3800 has 3.9GHz and 3700 has 3.6ghz but both has same cores and threads. 3800 can turbo upto 4.5 and 3700 can turbo upto 4.4, But both cpu will be good enough for gaming!
