Upgrade advice please?

i don't think you have to upgrade anything, what games do you want to play on this computer? if you want to play heavy games(bf4, bioshock) you can start by upgrading the graphics card, there is no necessary need to upgrade the rest of the parts, especially the CPU and the ram. you might also get water cooling to avoid overheating.
to answer the rest of your questions, upgrading the motherboard is a little bit hard, the fans, GPU, CPU, PSU and RAM are not that hard to upgrade, sometimes it depends on the case.
