Hi all.
I apolagise firstly, you must be sick of questions like this 😳

But have a look at my PC spec, I'm looking at getting a new graphics card.

Sapphire ATI Radeon X800 GTO 256MB GDDR3

BFG GeForce 6800 GS OC 256MB GDDR3

is what I'm thinking of, are there any more options?
Most importantly, would it be beneficial to my system.
I cannot really afford or justify, going PCI-E.

TIA

Andy

Ummm....what was the point of that? Did you read his original post. He cannot afford to change to PCI-E.

and 2nd dont hate

Don't hate?

The guy says he can afford a sub-$200 card and you flash your e-penis in his face, then you say 'don't hate'?

What's the matter with you, dude? Seriously.

Unless you want to sell him your rig for $200, keep it in your pants.

P.S. Andy, the 7800 GS is way overpriced, not worth the expendature. You can't go wrong with either the X800 GTO or 6800 GS though. Newegg has an ASUS 6800 @ 6800 GS spec for $174, you should check it out.

Thanks again for the advice guys.
If I did upgrade, would it make all that much difference? The only graphics intensive games I use is Flight Sim 04, and it's running ok. Just could be better (as always!)

How about if I looked at the cooling on my 9800 Pro and boosted the speeds up a bit?

(Thanks again,)

Andy
