Upgrade and help with drivers

New system will be:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K - Corsair H100i
MOBO: Asus maximus VII HERO
GPU: 2x Nvidia Gtx Titan Black Superclocked Signature Edition in sli
GPU COOLING: 2x NZTX KRAKEN G10 with KRAKEN X40
RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE PRO 16GB (4x4) 1866Mhz
CASE: CORSAIR 750D
HDD: 2x 500GB WD BLUE
SSD: 2x 120GB SAMSUNG EVO 840 EVO SERIES
PSU: Corsair AX1500i 80+ titanium
my only question about this is for for the GPU COOLING should i go with 1 x60 and 1 x40 because 2 x60 wont fitt.
About the drivers
i changed the motherboard the cpu the gpu's and the psu
should i better format my disks?
i went online to see the drivers and in the chipset sesion were 4-5 different drivers. if i install the newest one will it install the previus ones?
i had one titan and installed all the drivers from the nvidia experience so i think i must not download new ones

with all these new parts i would suggest you to format the hdd and do a complete reinstall of all the driver for the motherboard and the gpu for the gpu cooler check if you do not void your warranty putting on water cooling .

i think i void it but i live in greece so noone here is familiar with the water cooling on gpu techiques
will it be better 2 kraken x40's or 1 x40 and 1 x60?
