But you're gonna have to upgrade your CPU in future, i found cpu supports up to FX-4100 but i may be wrong, for your budget Phenom x4 955 30$ and for gpu would be (the link for CPU is just to show as for GPU) RX 550 2GB 120$

If you could find this in within your budget i would suggest you to go for it.
But others can also recommend.
Could you link me the page of your PC? Im unable to find motherboard specs.

Link is https://sp.ts.fujitsu.com/dmsp/Publications/public/ds-ESPRIMO-P705-E85.pdf

I was thinking to upgrade just gpu because I am not sure to replace the cpu.. also it has a good performance.

It can be compatible with the system ? Does it requires more power ? I have 280 w of psu, one person told me that i should have at least 400w for 1050 ti

That's a dual core Athlon II, I would buy a used card for that OR a GT 1030 if you want something new. You could probably power a 1050 Ti, a model that does not require a 6 pin pci-ex connector, with a 280W power supply but it's not worth it.

With a dual core CPU you aren't going to be running games that need that much videocard power. For greater compatibility, an older card like a GTX 750 might be a better choice. As long as the card does not require a 6 pin connector you should be alright. You will not be playing PUBG on this.

I saw in the motherboard specs ( here https://sp.ts.fujitsu.com/dmsp/Publications/public/ds-ESPRIMO-P705-E85.pdf )
In proccessor it has 3 types and one is "AMD FX 4100 (4 Cores, 3.6 GHz, 8 MB)"

Can I upgrade my pc to AMD FX-4100 , 1050 ti ? So it can run latest games?

But I think the system meets all requirements of FX-4100 because it is listed in motherboard specs.. isn't?

It should work with the older quad core Phenom IIs as well. I suggest you get one of those second hand, and buy the best GPU from the money you have left.
They are actually better and cheaper than the quad core FX processors.

I saw FX-4100 costs 110$ and one Phenom II costs 140$ +
Anyway, FX-4100 performance looks good.
But I need to know what I need to upgrade first so after I can upgrade to FX-4100 / 1050 Ti.. (the specs of my pc are in first post)
