Question upgrade cpu amd

Hi, first of all I would like to say that I use my laptop for gaming. Recently with all these newes games coming out I am struggling to run them with a decent FPS due to my CPU.

AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHz

My question is, can I upgrade it and can I put an new cpu?

No you cannot upgrade the CPU, it's soldered to the motherboard. How much RAM do you have and how many sticks?

While technically possible, it's probably not a realistic thing to do. The Ryzen 7 3750H is also the only faster CPU compatible with the socket and it's only marginally faster.
