Question Upgrade cpu on LG R590 laptop

I have LG R590 model LGR58 laptop with Intel i3 m370 2.40 GHz CPU.
Can I upgrade the CPU and what CPU do you recommend ?

You won't know until you open it and check whether the CPU is soldered (most probably for m-style CPU) or on a socket.
