Upgrade CPU or get a monitor?

Built a PC last month here at the following parts:
Ryzen 3 1200
gtx 1060 6gb
1tb hdd
120gb ssd
asus b350-f gaming motherborad

And my cpu is a little under powered for the gpu but I have enough to get a monitor (which i dont have now but can play games fine) or a better cpu. Is it too soon for r5 1600?

And what monitor you think about? What is the current resolution you use? As far as upgrading CPU, personally I would wait till Ryzen 2 shows up, it's not that far into the future (like 3 months).
