i would say upgrade your processor it would be a much bigger difference than you realize, and your computer all around would be faster if you upgraded your processor, you will also see a good increase in fps i guarantee you that. it's pointless to upgrade to a better graphics card when your current processor isn't even good enough to fully utilize the power your GTX 750TI has, i know this from experience.
well based on reviews and comparison I would say the RX 480 would be a good upgrade (according to these benchmark scores http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-RX-480-vs-GeForce-GTX-750-Ti)
your A8-6500 upgrade path depends on the motherboard you have as well the A8 is a Fm2+ 65w CPU.
what is your motherboard to not assume it can handle an a10 series CPU

I have and Asus F2A55-M Motherboard. and I was thinking of upgrading to the new Ryzen or a 7700k for the CPU
upgrade GPU. this will give you an instant boost of FPS in games.
as for CPU, i recommend just holding your current one for another year or two. then build a new system, since you will need a new motherboard to accomodate either kaby lake or ryzen.
