Upgrade CPU or GPU?

I have a entry level gaming pc that i use for 720p gaming, i am planning to upgrade both my Athlon x4 640 3.3ghz cpu and my Radeon HD 7770 to a FX 8300 and a Radeon HD 7870, which one should i upgrade first?

I'd upgrade videocard first than CPU 😉

It is always kind of difficult to get the CPU cooler off the CPU and then upgrade the CPU without damaging the pins. A GPU upgrade is a bit more normal and easy. So I would definitely upgrade the GPU first and then the CPU at a later time. 🙂
