[SOLVED] Upgrade current system

My current Motherboard and CPU (AMD) is very old about 9 years, lot have changed since.
I am operating windows 10 on this, works ok- no major issue but the board do not support windows 10.

I am considering upgrading it to newer combo, but do not have a clue where to start.

I will upgrade Motherboard and CPU only
Prefer to use DDR3 memory, which I have, but open for suggestions.

Target $200- $ 300? Open

I am looking for

1. Support Windows 10 and future releases
2. Support for Microsoft office and business applications
3. Support Photo and video editing software's
4. Reasonably priced

I use this at home and mostly photo editing.
This can be AMD or intel
