Upgrade from 380x

So I am looking for an uograde from my Powercolor R9 380X as I am having problems with the driver not wanting to work properly and is noisy af. Thinking a 1060 6gb and what company would be the best one to buy from. I mainly do gaming on 1080p, one monitor and one tv both 1080p, with an 8350 cpu and 970 sli mobo. 600w.

MSI, ASUS and Gigabyte are good manufactures. Multi-fan options are quitest. They are best for large roomy cases with good air flow. Single fan options are best when the case can't fit a long card. Blower style is the best for cases with low air flow, limited air space or multi-GPU setups.

Other than the above. Choose the card you like the looks of or is cheapest.

The 1060 6GB wouldn't be an upgrade, they perform near identically.
You're looking at either a 1070 or 1080 if you want any meaningful improvement.
