I'm wondering if I should wait longer to upgrade or not. I'm playing at 1080p 120hz and 2GB of VRAM is starting to become limiting. I'm having to put games on lowest settings to maintain 120hz now and if SLI isn't supported, I get screwed over. Any thoughts? I'm also going to have to sell my 690 to afford a 980ti, so that is another issue I'll run into if I do wait.

Solution
That EVGA 980 ti is a SOLID card. Great choice.

If your sticking with 1080P for a while, then just go ahead and get the 980 ti, don't even think twice about pascal. Basically, pascal is going to be the first aritecture in my opinion that will be overkill for 1080P. Kind of like how maxwell and kepler are way overkill for 720P gaming.
Well the guy wanted for his younger brother right that second on a Saturday afternoon and wanted nvidia. Talked to em next day and worked great. The kid played cs go and wow. Also had 3 yrs left on the warranty

Yea seriously lol, I sold my 780 for $200 and thought I was ripping the guy off ;p
