Upgrade From An AMD 945 Deneb Quad Core 3.0

Hi there folks im looking for some further advice,

I recently posted a thread looking for advice on a new graphics card which I have now ordered, so now im looking to upgrade my ageing cpu and motherboard, my budget is maby around £200 so im looking for as much bang for my buck as I can get.

The upgrade is so I can play the up and coming Rome 2 with as much detail as I can get, any help on this would be very much appreciated, the graphics card I ordered was the HIS ICEQ 7870 2GIG Turbo.

My current setup is as follows

AMD Phenom II 945 Quad OC 3.6 Gigabyte MA77OT - UD3P
600W OCZ
Stealth Stream
ASUS 5850 Direct CU 1 GIG
8 GIG Corsair XMS

With a $200 budget you are probably better of keeping what you have and save some more money or you won't see much improvement.
