Hello, i am still using my old i5 3570/12 Gigs of ddr3 memory, Rx 570, Ssd,Hdd, and decent psu cooler master 500w. Im planning to upgrade at the end of the month im legit so confused what to buy and is it worth it. Also i need to mention that my current pc is a mess, rams are mixed, fps in games are all over the place, it freezes sometimes. So im tired of fixing it every 2,3 months. If you guys can reccomenend me Mobo/CPU/RAM i would appreciate if you could help me
I will keep my case,gpu,ssd,hdd,psu.
Prices here in Serbia are pretty high, My budget is 350/400 usd i want to spend 100USD on Ram 100-130USD on Mobo, and rest 150-200USD on a CPU
Here are some cpu prices
Ryzen 3 3100-97e/115 usd
Ryzen 3 3300x is imposible to find for cheap, its going over 190 usd atm.
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.40GHz AM4 BOX- 123e/145usd
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X 3.60GHz AM4 BOX-129e/150 usd
Ryzen 5 3600 190e/ 220 USD
For the Intel lineup INTEL Core i3-10100 3.60GHz (4.30GHz) 160 USD
I5 10600 330 USD
i5-10400F 220/ usd
i5-9400F/K 185/290 usd.
For ram im just gonna buy 2x8g 3200 Kingston predator kit, that goes for 90$ in serbia
For motherboard i would like some recommendations, do i go for cheapest one for 80$ Tomahawk max 130, Mortar max 110.
Also i have in plan to upgrade my gpu later on to something like rtx2070.
p.s Sorry for any mistakes. English is not my native language

Solution
Your i5-3570 has 4 threads and a passmark performance rating of 4896 That is when all 4 threads are fully loaded.
The single thread rating is 2046. For games, that is usually the most important.
If buying new, I do not like buying older gen processors like the ryzen 2600 or intel i5-9400f

I suggest looking at the i3-10100 processor.
I built using one for my son, and it impressed me as quick.
It has 8 threads and a passmark rating of 8904/2644.
Any lga1200 motherboard will do the job. No need for a high priced motherboard.

It has two added benefits.

It includes integrated graphics. A useful thing if your graphics card should ever fail.

Intel does not depend on fast ram for performance. 2400 speed is fine, 2666 is the max you can...
CoolerMaster isn't known for particularly good PSUs on average, especially not under 500W, so you may want to start with a better quality PSU which may solve your current PC's stability issues. As ocer pointed out, you will likely need something slightly more powerful too if you want comfortable headroom for an RTX2070.

If your stability issues are related to the PSU, they are likely to get worse with newer CPUs and GPUs which have more stringent PSU performance requirements.

Yeah rams are pretty expensive here for some reason, i guess imma buy PSU too than, about this b550m mobo here in serbia is 150$ so not sure if that's way to go. but is it worth it giving 80$ more for ryzen 3600, because i just found 140 usd ryzen 2600x
Also about psu, all we got in serbia are Cooler Master, Chieftec, Antec and LC power, not sure wich one is best.

On your list of available power supplies, I think Antec is likely to be the best.
Here is one quality list of power supplies:

Look for tier 1/2, no less than 3.
Pay more if you must, a quality power supply is a long term investment.

The wattage you need will be determined by your graphics card.
Here is a handy chart to size that.
http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

Solution
Quick Q - why don’t you just upgrade i5 3570k to i7 3770k and the gfx card you’re 5700 and oc it. That’s effectively what I did (though upgrading from worse card) and makes huge difference

Thanks, for helping i just found i5 10400f for around 160$ and ASUS TUF Gaming 460 for 125$ do you think maybe that's better option over i3 10100.
I dont think im able to overclock I5 3570k on my current mobo, witch means i will need to buy new old Mobo for the i5 3570k, my current one is Gigabyte ga b75 m

If you can afford the i5 over the i3, I'd definitely recommend doing so.

PSU-wise, most PSU brands have better and worse models. Out of the brands listed though, I'd likely go with Antec too - I have an EarthWatt 650EA that served me great until its fan failed and I haven't bothered to replace its fan yet since I had a couple of spare PSUs lying around, so I just swapped it out and it has been on my repair to-do list for years now.

Final decision
ASUS TUF GAMING B460-PLUS
INTEL Core i5-10400F 2.90GHz LGA-1200 BOX
Kingston PC2666 HyperX Fury HX426C16FB3K2/16 2x8 or
2 x 8GB DDR4 G.Skill PC3000, F4-3000C16D-16GISB AEGIS
Antec vp550p
What you think

I think you are good.
The processor is stronger with more threads.
The F suffix processors do not have integrated graphics, that is why they are a bit cheaper.
Since you have a discrete RX570, you are ok.
Ram and motherboard are good.

Are there any other Antec power supplies available to you?
Perhaps there is a better unit available.

Pa novu, taj neki prelazak na ddr4 izlazi mi sve kod madjara ovo gore od komponenti oko 300e. Koristicu od starih delova. u ovaj novi racunar ssd, hdd, graficku, kucite, i cak mozda i napajanje

What u think maybe buying better PSU and getting MSI B460M Bazooka insted since is cheaper 20/30 $

If your two DRAM options are priced almost the same and memory timing tweaking is something you may be interested in looking into, then I'd take the 3000-16 over the 2666-16 as you should be able to run the 3000-16 at 2666-14 or possibly better.

The VP550P won't win any efficiency benchmarks with only an 80+ basic (white) badge but it is of otherwise decent quality. If you want to upgrade the GPU to something more power-hungry later though, you may want to step up to the VP600P. Ideally though, you should shop around for something more modern like a Corsair CX650.

koju imas graficku?
ovaj procesor ti je najbolji
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X 3.60GHz AM4 BOX-129e ali radi sa memorijom
System Memory Specification
Up to 2933MHz
