No. The cost of the upgrade doesn't justify the performance boost unless you get that i7 for cheeeeeeeap. I've got a 4590 and I've been looking into the upgrade. It is still quite expensive for what you are getting. You are looking at a 10% performance increase at stock speeds. It isn't worth it. You are better off saving your money and getting something more modern with more cores like the i5 8400.
