upgrade from i7 3770 to i7 6700k

i just wanna ask,i have i7 3770 non k
i overclock from 3.4ghz to 3.9ghz..
it still beast for gaming??

or worth it if i upgrade my cpu i7 3770 to i7 6700k??

not yet, a 3770 is really fast.
it would be not worth the money.
even from a 2500k upgrading yet isn't worth it.
and are you icing a non k processor??? thats not smart.

You won't get much benefit from upgrading. Skylake are only a few % faster than older generations
(3.9Ghz is not an overclock, it is just the normal turbo speed)
