I dont Know Alot About Computers Anyways I have a Samsung Series Seven Tablet PC that cam with win 7 pro on it and it is now running windows 8.1 pro
My Question Is Can I upgrade my graphics card to Anything better than Intel HD 3000? or possibly a diff brand? Over Clock It Possibly (with a safe range?) Is My 4gb Ram Upgradable I dont have to money to just go buy a new pc right now.

Solution
No you can't upgrade. With most laptops and all tablets, what you buy is what you get because they are embedded on the motherboard.
A tablet really limits what you can do as far as upgrading. You don't have a PCI Express slot to install a better video card, and the processor is probably soldered in, so you can't upgrade it either. Overclocking may be possible, but I wouldn't recommend it due to cooling concerns.
