Why Are You Upgrading:

Bluetooth module on my current Fatal1ty X470 Gaming-ITXac keeps failing even after replacing the WiFi/BT module (USB device not recognized), causing random BSOD, disabled the device in Windows 11 Device Manager and still got BSOD; currently using a USB BT 5.3 dongle; have enough of the troubles, therefore I want to upgrade.

Approximate Purchase Date: October - November 2023

Budget Range: around $1000 Before Rebates; Before Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming (like Civ6, Battlefield, Simcity, Cyberpunk), web browsing, Netflix, VM for testing

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: MB, CPU, RAM, (PSU?)

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon, Newegg

Location: Hong Kong

Parts Preferences: that's the problem, I don't know where to go to. AMD or Intel?

Overclocking: No (In fact I want to keep my system cool, under-volt? limit PL1?)

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 2560x1080

Additional Comments: want ATX board; need Wi-Fi 6E (or the expandability to install a 6E card); no need fancy RGB stuffs

Current parts:
-Going to stick with my RTX2070, 1TB PCIe Gen3 nvme SSD and 8TB HDD; Corsair 650W PSU, I think I'd stick with it but it can go if needed.

-DDR4 16GB x2 G.Skill F4-3600C18-16GVK. Wanna keep them as it seems like a waste to swap to DDR5 but if AMD CPU is suggested, they can go. Maybe I'd just repurpose the current machine.

TIA.
