I'm upgraded recently my gpu from 1060 and I still do see much difference from my build. Thinking now to upgrade the cpu or cpu+MB . I don't know what should I get to start noticing difference. which cpu will make me feel difference in gaming ? Also can I upgrade the monitor later on to 1440P ?

For 1440p gaming the GPU is going to do the most of the work. The 3060 can handle games at 1440p depending on the settings, and the game ofcourse, it will do really good at some FPS games or battleroyales, but it may come to problems with some AAA titles at max settings at 1440p, like Cyberpunk, Far Cry 6, or that type of games. Your CPU and RAM are enough for 1440p gaming. So with that being said, if you decide to get a 1440p monitor, i cant say that the 3060 can handle every game at 60fps on max settings. Ultimately just lower the settings if your having problems reaching 60fps on some games.
