[SOLVED] Upgrade from Vega 56

Hello

I'm looking to upgrade from my Vega 56 and so far these are my options.

RTX 2060 Super
RTX 2070
RX 5700 XT/RX 5700 ("If" the drivers issues has been resolved)

For reference, my 56 is flashed with 64 bios, is all the cards above will give me significant performance gain?
I'm 80% leaning towards Nvidia right now, but need reference/information about the current state of 5000 series drivers issues.

My PC Specs :
Ryzen 5 3500x
MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
Sapphire Vega 56 Nitro+ (Vega 64 bios Undervolted + OC @1690mhz Core/1125mhz Memory)
16GB 3200mhz cl16 Ram
Superflower Leadex Silver 550w Modular

The drivers have supposedly been fixed for many months now.

The RX5700, 2070, and 2060 super would likely be very close to your current card performance. The 5700xt would be a little faster, but not much.

Honestly, for an upgrade, you will be looking at at least a 2070 super, and probably a 2080 super for it to be worthwhile.

What can your vega 64 not do is the question?

I would wait until next-gen parts for you to really see a good improvement in performance for that price.

TBH it run any game i play, except for one game, Red Dead Redemption 2 with mix of High-Ultra settings.
It sometimes drop below 60 to 50s @1080p, people say its the game but i cannot get over it.
If its not significant, can you estimate by how many % performance gain i got from 2060s/2070?

And here is the price in my country.

Hes right, RDR2 is really hard to run and you should definitely go for at least a 2070 Super or I think you'll be disappointed with the difference. Either that or get a variable refresh rate monitor so that the framerate drops aren't as bad.
