hi I have a Mini tower Dell Optiplex 3020 Pc its 4th gen has core i5 500hdd an 4gb ram and intel hd graphics 4600 desktop. what graphics card can i upgrade it with? os is windows 7 and in 64 bit the power supply is 290 watts
