Question Upgrade HP 620. Is it possible?

Hello,

i want upgrade my friend´s notebook, but im not sure.
NTB already has 2Gb RAM(1slot is loaded/1slot is free) .. i want try uprade to 8Gb - 2x4Gb DDR3 Can i do it? Is that compatible?
Next step:
Uprade CPU- I have question...Is possible chnge CPU or is it fixed to MB? If its possible, tell me compatible CPU´s please.
Next step(Biggest nut):
Can i change this terrible GPU?? If YES tell me what kind of GPU i should buy?
If i cant dissambly GPU tell me what external PCIe slot i should buy and how i can connect external gpu with notebook PLEASE. I absolutly havent any idea how external Graphics cards works. (how change integrated GPU to external in system?)
I know right. Im noob.. but never have notebook whole live(Hate em).

Don't' waste time on that system, it's a Core 2 Duo, you can buy a much faster laptop for about $120-150 with a Core i5 CPU in it, buying more parts for an old system like that is just wasted money that should go towards a replacement.
