I have an old HP G6 1209sa laptop, with a processor CPU 370M 2.40GHz, Socket: 989 rPGA (0x4) as for CPUID report.

Is it possible to upgrade it with i5-3210M originally from Acer E1 571 with the following dmidecode information (Linux):

No, they are different sockets. Most laptop CPUs are soldered anyways.
