An important factor is ramp-up time. As soon as your cpu temp begins to increase the supporting case fans speed should increase to provide airflow for the cpu cooler or AIO radiator cooler fans. This is best accomplished by connecting the fans to the motherboard and setting the bios to control them. If the wattage power required by the fans is low enough you can split each motherboard connector 2 or 3 or 4 ways to support the number of fans in the case.
