32 bit systems have low ram limitations. No matter how much you add to a 32 bit system, it will never go above a certain point, the OS cannot use it. You will need to upgrade to a 64 bit version of your OS.

by using these processors.. if i upgrade from 4gb to 8gb ram with 64bit OS . would'nt be any problem then ? all the RAM will be usable ?

Your processor is a little slow, but appears to have a x64 architecture. There shouldn't be any compatibility issues with your processor, and you should be good to increase your ram if you get that 64bit OS.
