[SOLVED] Upgrade Legion Y520 screen

I have a Lenovo Legion y520 with an IPS display and FHD resolution. The colour accuracy in this screen is pretty off. I would like to know if i can upgrade the laptop's screen with a more colour accurate display.

Finding and replacing the screen on laptops (especially the compact ones like Y520) will either not possible or need quite a highly skilled person.
