i want to replace my old 2GB RAM and my Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E66000 @ 3.06GHz 3.07GHz to Quad Core CPU

sorry for my bad English :(

Thanks, God Bless :)

2 Ram slots, Meaning max of 16GB Ram compatible.

Processor Socket 775, Man that's old so that leaves lots of CPU's out so here is the best that you can get. Motherboard Does not say it supports Quad core CPU but it should do as the socket does. CPU list here:
Q9700 Extreme, Q9650, Q9550S (Dual Core)

The Q9700 Extreme and Q9650 are both Quad core. The Q9700 Extreme will cost you around $260 and under/over depending where you live and the Q9650 under $150. Very hard to find new but you can find them refurbished which is fine because CPU's are very reliable.

Ram:

It says max of 4GB 1333MHz on upgrades section, But I think it can do 16GB 1600 MHz/ 1333MHz. Maybe go for 1600MHz because it is DDR3 and can go that fast even though it is an old motherboard.

By the way my motherboard cannot support quad core right?

It should let me just check as the socket does but on the upgrades it says it doesn't

last question what ram im gonna buy 2x4GB or 2x8GB?
thanks for your Reply :)

Yep supports Quad core!

See here-

Intel 2 Quad, that's the Intel Q9700 Extreme processor category.

Says Max 8GB so then you will have to go dual 4GB running at 1333MHz as that is the highest speed that the motherboard allows it t go. Newer motherboard allow 3000MHz+ OC Speeds.

The Q9700 Extreme is still a pretty good CPU still, will do anything really well. 12MB Cache is pretty high for quad core as well.

-Just remember 2x4GB 1333MHz ram only! No need for ram with really good heatsinks as Ram doesn't tend to get very hot, unless you go 3000MHz+ OC which your motherboard doesn't support.

If you are planning on gaming then Buying a better graphics card will get you the best performance out of your PC.
