Upgrade Motherboard or build new PC?

I've had my PC for two years, I have upgraded it once, replacing the graphics card with an RX 480. Now I am going to upgrade my motherboard and dying PSU, which also means that I will need DDR4 Ram, I need a new motherboard so I can get a Ryzen CPU that won't bottleneck my GPU. (My current CPU is an FX 6300.)

gpu is still very capable, you can just get Ryzen 3/5, B350 MB and 8gb ddr4 ram, a good quality psu. Total budget?

It's not hard to "Not"Bottleneck a RX 480 this is the cheapest option and slightly faster than the FX6300 so a actual upgrade. I would aim a little higher and for for a Ryzen 5 1400 for around $145 and overclock, those are quite nice for a budget.
