Upgrade my CPU or my GPU for VR?

Hi

I know many have asked this question, but i was wondering with my specs. I have an Intel i5 6600k and a GTX 970, i also have 16gb of DDR4 ram. What should i upgrade first so i get better results in vr?

I would say gpu, 970 < 1060 and 1060 is entry level VR.

Id have to go with GPU.

If you consider the 970's performance being about the same or slightly less than today's 1060 (which has also already been upgraded to a 2060) I would have to say upgrading the GPU would make the biggest impact on performance, jot just in VR, but in all gaming.

Maybe look at gtx 1070, new RTX 2060 or something higher if money isnt a problem
