[SOLVED] Upgrade my pc for streaming

I'm streaming the sims 3. I would like to upgrade my pc because right now my stream is dropping frames. My build is kind of basic and can't afford to spend a lot of money right now. So I what I need to buy first?
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 integrated
RAM: 8.00 GB
Disk: Kigston SSD 500GB

Definitely get a dedicated gpu. So the Vega 11 graphics are similar to those of the nvidia GT 1030. The Sims isn’t a very graphics demanding game however, a dedicated you will always be better than integrated. Here is an rx 570 for less than $100 on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/353067760242
Another good option is a gtx 1660. It depends on your budget.
