I'm new here so I will do my best to explain my case.

Here is my setup :

I5 4460
RTX 2060 6 Go
8 GO DDR3
1 HDD 1To
3 SSD 500 Go
500W gold (Cooler Master I think)

I use my PC essentialy for gaming in FULL HD 60Hz but in the future 1440p 144hz.

I have a budget of 700€ and I will buy in french Amazon or materiel.net or topachat.com (french)

Which processor do I have to buy ? Which RAM ?

I would buy the RTX 2060 first, and then decide if you want to buy a used i7-4790K or go the better route and buy a whole new CPU/Mobo/DDR4 setup.
