Hellooo folks!

As technology keeps evolving, my PC still keeps lagging behind to keep up with the technology. So, it is time to upgrade my PC. I use my PC for editing (Adobe programs) and gaming which is only CounterStrike(CS:GO). I feel that my PC is going slower and my FPS in CS:GO is unstable (FPS going up and down). So my question to you guys are: which hardware should I update? RAM cards? Add SSD and run windows on it?

Thanks in advance and have a nice day!

PC:
Asrock 970 Extreme 4
AMD FX 6300 Six-Core ~3.5Ghz
Cooler Master Hyper TX 3 Evo
8GB RAM (2x 4GB Kingston 1333Mhz)
AMD Radeon HD 5570
1TB Samsung HD1035J
Windows 7 64-bit

If by "AMD Radeon HD 55701" you mean an HD-5570 gfx card, that is your weak link in gaming. Really slow.
The SSD will improve access time to programs and game maps.
8GB is sufficient for what you do, and upgrading to slightly faster RAM won't make much noticeable difference.

How about the Radeon R7 370? Will my CX430 be able to give the gfc card enough power?

The GTX 950 or even some GTX 960s would be slightly to quite a bit faster than the R7-370 and still run on a 430W PSU like the CX 430. The 430W PSU will be marginal for the R7-370 when maxed out.
