Upgrade of 580gtx

Hi folks.
I've got a plan to upgrade graphic card on my pc from p.o.v.580gtx 1.5vram to gigabyte gtx1050ti 4gb.
Just want to hear some opinions, is it worth it or not? Is this proc. And m.board will be ok with that card?

Gpu P.o.v geforce gtx 580 ultra charged 1.5 v ram
Ssd 256 gb samsung
Hdd w.d. Caviar black 1tb
Hdd Hitachi 1tb

As far as your MoBo goes, it supports the GTX 1050 Ti just fine.
