It looks like a good build, I would personally get a higher end mobo. But the one you have will work just fine!

Change the motherboard to a B350 so you can overclock.

Probably the B350 Pro would be a better choice if you overclock.

One thing I notice, if you chose a motherboard with only 2 memory slots, get one stick of 8gb. Yes you give up dual channel for now, but later when memory is cheap again then you can add another stick of 8gb. If you get 2 sticks of 4gb now, and you'd like to get to 16gb one day(and you will), you'll have to remove the 4gb sticks and buy two more sticks of 8gb each.
