[SOLVED] Upgrade Optiplex AIO to Discrete GPU before it's too late?

Got new Optiplex AIO 7450 Touch screen for daughter and am concerned HD 630 gpu won't be future proof or bad for Adobe premiere or ms flight simulator or for any games...Not looking to heavy game, just kids stuff and workstation graphics stuff. I can upgrade to 2 motherboards with discrete (soldered in) graphics.

Are either of these gpu's worth the upgrade from Intel HD 630?

or
R7 M465X 2gb mobo=$50-$70 usd

It's a small difference. It won't matter to premiere or any games.
