I have a desktop 10 yers old from ibuypower:
i7 920 quad 2.6G
Gigabyte EX58-UD3R
6G DDR3 1333 RAM
Radeon HD4890 1GB video card
500 GB SATA 3Gb/s + 2TB WD drive
680 watt power supply
Vista

Should I just upgrade the drives to a SSD and a new 3T HD and the operating system to Windows 10 and a new video card or should I build a new machine with the newer chipset motherboard, 16G Ram and newer components, like USB 3.0

I am a gamer, not hardcore and use the machine mostly for Office and pictures (no Photoshop)

actually the PSU is a NZXT PP-800, 800 watt unit.
money is not an issue, I can spend $1000 building a new one, it just feels that what I have is still pretty good even by today's standards.
I am worried how reliable the hard drives are after a few years.
maybe a 250G SSD, a new 2TB hard drive and a new video card, plus 3 G of memory extra (as it is a 3 channel board).
