I have a Dell Dimension E520 with 4 gb of ram a Radeon 6450 Gddr3 1 gb, a Pentium D processor and a 300 watt PSU. the Mother board has a 16 gb limit and ddr2 or 3 unsure compatible and a 2.0 PCI-e slot.

low level gaming like LoL and World of tanks skyrim and a few FPS

Skyrim is not low level gaming. I suggest you buy new stuff.

well im playing it currently with 45+ FPS on high with this PC.
