Upgrade or nah?

Recently i just sold my csgo knife for $360 CDN ($310 usd) and was wondering if i should upgrade my gtx 760 2gb and buy a gtx 960 4gb or save up for a gtx 970. I have a friend willing to pay $160 for my old 760 plus goodies but I don't how far in the future i would have to w8. I have an Intel core i5 4670k 3.4GHz, 8gb RAM, and a Low quality PSU (600w). SLI is an option.

Yeah save up for the 970. GTX 760 is actually more powerful than the 960.
