Upgrade or not upgrade

Hey all,

I have some pc problems that maby are related to hardware or settings so i wanted to ask u guys some advice.

The problems are screen tairing in the midel of the screen in games and also my sound get inverted my left is my right and my right left.
I have tried to reinstall my pc but after a while i get the same errors again.

My pc have always bin amd but i am not shure about it any more.

I'm not sure how v-sync would hinder a game unless your framerate is below and then I think you get some input lag, but since you have a good system it seems like you're getting high frame rates with a 60 hz monitor and its causing the screen tearing. Could be something else but trying v-sync is a simple thing to try and rule out.
