upgrade or start with a new computer?

So with tax returns coming back im thinking about upgrading my computer or just sell mine and build my own for the first time. I know if I am to upgrade i want a
Intel Core i7-3770 Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155 - BX80637I73770

the only problem is i dont want to use the stock cpu fan as i want to overclock but my current case is far too small to fit a aftermarket fan and i dont want to take the side off my case and look like crap as i use it for work.

If i was too build a new one it would be my first real build and not sure what i should get.
I stream DAYZ, Leauge, DARK Souls so i need somthing that can handle that, plus multitask roughly 8 web pages at once.

well if you want to overclock you will need a new mobo and processor. both are locked. you would also need a bigger psu. then of course i would suggest a graphics card and faster ram. so all in all right there all your missing is the case and you would pretty much have a new build. so what kind of budget you have so we can toss around a few ideas

Or you can get i5 24~2500 and better GPU! but as Bad_Kiity13 said, better to get the whole new system and sell your current one!

budget wise obviously cheaper better, but with saying that i dont want to buy rubish. i was thinking around $1500 maby $2000. but would really like to be around 1500.

i really like some of the things in each build. kitty, i really would like a i7 for streaming.

what you have listed here is a little different than your link

i changed the storage on your setup. you shouldnt put a 5400rpm as it is outdated and a 7200 rpm is pretty much the standard right now. there is a lg bluray reader writer with better specs for cheaper so i included it and changed everything on your link to what you have listed here.
