Upgrade or time for a new PC?

What's up guys,

So about a year ago I picked up a cyberpower PC and I have come here to ask for some advice. As of right now these are the specs for the PC I'm using:

i5-3450 Ivy Bridge
Motherboard: Intel H61 Express
8GB DDR3 SDRAM
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6670
Power supply: 600 Watt

I was wondering if it is better to upgrade this rig or build something new. My budget is 600-700 and I would be using it for gaming and recording (with FRAPS) as well as basic video editing.

I would just upgrade the graphics and you should be fine for gaming.
Depending on how much juice you want, grab a R9 280X or possibly a GTX770.
$300-$350 range for these cards.

Should run fine with your system and give you a massive performance boost.
