Upgrade PC $300 Budget

Hey guys,

I need some input here. Here is my current build:

My Current Gaming PC

I have a budget of $300 (Canadian) to upgrade my PC. I cannot simply build a new PC so I'm wondering what parts I can upgrade to get the best bang for the buck. I should mention that I play the following games:

Total War: Rome 2
World of Tanks
World of Warplanes

Also, when suggesting parts, I should mention that I usually stick with good companies, IE Asus, MSI, and so on.

your games are cpu intensive but you really need a gpu upgrade as well, i think it would be a struggle on your budget but i might look into say getting an amd fx 6300 and the ASRock 990FX Extreme3 which would be a good combo and well able to overclock you will get them for around $250 maybe a bit less hopefully cause you need to get ddr3 ram too so thats going to be another $50 id then try sell your cpu, motherboard, ram and the hd 5850 on ebay or something to get as much funds for a new graphics card like a hd 7850 or higher
