Question Upgrade PC parts or buy new?

Chassis: Coolermaster mid tower. Dont know which model. I cant find this out for the life of me. Has a mesh front with 4 USB on the top. One is a 3.0. Has a grab handle and then magnetic screen on the top over the two fans
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Monitor: MSI Optix G24C

Looking for advice on if my PC is worth updating vs buying something new. I play games such as Diablo 4 and Warzone and look forward to Monster Hunter Wilds. I would like to play on higher settings with an FPS 70 ish or above. I don't really have the time to build one myself but would consider it.

BUDGET: $1500-2,000

I would like to play on 1440 and will get a new monitor.

BUDGET: $1500-2,000.

Or you can try your hand at getting an MSRP 5070, 5070 Ti, but that might take a while.

You could upgrade your system to Ryzen 5800X3D, but you would lose 4 CPU cores. If the only thing you do is game and general things, that wouldn't be a bad thing. Also the 5900X and 5950X if you want to keep the cores.

Swapping for AM5 means about the entirety of the rest of your budget for a 7800X3D, 9800X3D, motherboard, and 2x16GB DDR5.

But seriously, start with getting a new GPU and then you can consider the rest of the system.

You might as well go with a AM5 build with that budget. Rough time to be purchasing a gpu tbh.
