I purchased Dell Alienware Aurora R10 Gaming Desktop, AMD Ryzen 9 3900, 32GB Dual Channel HyperX Fury DDR4 XMP gaming PC, but i'd like to upgrade the RAM to 64 or 128.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FPD5XRY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 is a link to the direct PC i purchased.

I believe this page tells me what I can upgrade to:

https://www.dell.com/support/manual...024580-18d7-4e8e-b494-84193888b9ee&lang=en-us

First, am I reading this correctly that I can upgrade up to 128, which would be 4 sticks of 32 DDR4 ram, 3200 or 3400? If so, what are some recommendations? I will probably start with 2 sticks of 32, test performance, and go from there to 128 if needed.

"am I reading this correctly that I can upgrade up to 128 "
Yes

"which would be 4 sticks of 32 DDR4 ram, 3200 or 3400? "
Yes

"If so, what are some recommendations? "

With most motherboards there is a QVL (Qualified Vendor List) of memory that has been tested with the motherboard.

If you can find the QVL list...ideally you would want something from that list.

Just out of curiosity...what are you running that may need so much memory?

I run 31 characters at once of a game. Each character is about 200-500 mb of ram. Basically, i can play all 31, but once i add in a couple session of chrome, discord, music app, etc, mouse clicks take upwards of 20 seconds to react. RAM is generally in the 60-80% used most the time. CPU is usually at around 40%, so i figured upgrading ram should help. The CPU is set on high performance, and the built in Alienware app has the CPU at high performance, which i kind of read is like overclocking without going really nuts.

I'm having trouble finding what the motherboard is, make and model, to even find a QVL list, any ideas?
