But for ram you go either 4, 8 or 16 GB not 6 GB.
You will need new motherboard, new RAM, new CPU and possible new PSU as well. In you will need to find parts that will fit in that small form factor case.

4GB ddr3 1066 max, 2x 2GB Looks like it uses so-dimm laptop memory
320 GB is not a limit, SATA 2 interface can use a SSD or 2TB HDD
No slots for a GPU upgrade
No way to get modern I3 or I5 into that 775 system. Proprietary board and form factor. No I/O bracket just cutouts for the custom board. You are looking at a new build.
